The primary objective of this webinar is to give an overview of the various available technologies with their pros and cons and to develop an understanding of how to develop a competent workforce.

Brandon Grosvenor - BD Manager Net-Zero & Renewables
Mr. Brandon Grosvenor is a highly accomplished and enterprising Business Development Executive with domestic and international experience in workforce development, safety, market intelligence and support, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, forecasting, and strategic planning. Demonstrated record of success in developing programs and creative business models to maximize revenue and customer experience, as well as building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive industry progress in new and existing markets. Leverages exemplary leadership, organizational, and communication skills to build and guide high-performing sales and operational teams to maximize objectives. Brandon has 18 Years of Experience in training, competency management, workforce development & sales in the energy industry. He earned a M.A. at Texas Tech University and is currently Business Development Manager for Net-Zero & Renewables at The Competency Alliance
Ronald Frend - VP Technical NetZero & Renewables
Mr. Ron Frend is a registered engineer, and has extensive engineering and management experience in the energy sector. He rose to a senior position in Shell International (Middle East) before opening a worldwide engineering consultancy based in England and a senior position in a global training enterprise. His entire career has been concerned with practical applications of maintenance and engineering from a solid business foundation. He is a Registered Engineer and earned a MSc (Research) from Huddersfield University by developing a novel technique to quantify heat flux through buildings with the end objective of optimising energy consumption. Ron is currently Technical Vice-President of PetroSkills / The Competency Alliance with special responsibility for Net-Zero and Renewables.
